• Shoes and clothing purchased directly from our official website.
• Items that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Requests made within 7 days of delivery.

02. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and exclusivity, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Socks and undergarments
• Custom or personalized orders

03. Exchange Guidelines

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll offer store credit or a refund.
• One-time exchange is free for orders above $100.
• Orders under $100 or second exchange: Pickup/Delivery fees apply (Saida area $2, outside $4).

04. Return Process

• Submit a return request via our website or email within 7 days.
• Include order number, item name, and reason.
• Once approved, we will contact you.
• Refunds for damaged items processed within 7 business days after inspection.
